Edward Cofie serves as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of West Africa Securities Management LLC, the managing arm of the firm responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, asset management, and legal affairs across the broader West Africa Securities LLC portfolio.
In his COO capacity, Mr. Cofie directs the operational execution of the firm's upstream energy, agricultural, and real estate holdings — coordinating on-the-ground management of flagship assets including OML 30 and the Bayelsa Palm Estate while ensuring operational discipline across every portfolio company.
